SMS Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

1. Program Description

OnRamp Automation provides an AI Voice Agent service for small businesses. As an optional add-on, we offer SMS text message alerts to subscribers who choose to opt in. These messages include call summaries, new lead alerts, appointment confirmations, and weekly performance reports.

2. Voluntary Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase, subscribe to, or use any OnRamp Automation service. SMS alerts are entirely optional. You may use the full AI Voice Agent service without opting in to text messages. If you choose not to receive SMS alerts, your service, pricing, and features remain unchanged.

3. How to Opt In

During onboarding, you may choose to opt in to SMS alerts by providing your mobile phone number and signing a separate SMS Notification Consent Form. The consent form is a standalone document, separate from the service agreement. You may leave the consent form blank or decline to sign it without affecting your subscription in any way.

4. Who Receives Messages

SMS messages are sent only to business owners or authorized account contacts who have voluntarily opted in. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages to your customers or to any third party.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your call volume and service activity. Most subscribers receive between 5 and 40 messages per month. You may receive additional messages during high-volume periods.

6. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received. OnRamp Automation does not charge separately for SMS notifications — they are included in your subscription at no extra cost.

7. Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from OnRamp Automation. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent. To resume messages, reply START or contact us at bryce@onrampautomation.com. Opting out of SMS does not cancel or affect your OnRamp Automation subscription.

9. Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

11. Consent Form

Subscribers who choose to opt in sign a separate SMS Notification Consent Form. This form is optional and is not a condition of service. You can download a blank copy below for review.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
